Copenhagen to host PCMA Convening EMEA 2023
Convening EMEA is an omnichannel event created for international business event professionals and creatives to share learnings and collaborate to build a stronger future for the global business events community.
Copenhagen has been announced as the host city for PCMA Convening EMEA 2023.
The announcement was made at the close of this year’s conference, which was held in Vienna and attracted a record 460 participants from 41 countries.
Convening EMEA is an omnichannel event created for international business event professionals and creatives to share learnings and collaborate to build a stronger future for the global business events community.
“We are excited to host PCMA Convening EMEA next year as it is an event always rich in content and highly engaged participants from all corners of our industry. We cannot wait to move forward with our common important agendas and to show everyone what Copenhagen has to offer,” said Kit Lykketoft, Director of Convention at Wonderful Copenhagen.
There are already great expectations for next year's event and not least Copenhagen's role as the host city.
“This partnership with Copenhagen is timely as PCMA continues to foster dialogue and outcomes around sustainability and regeneration for the global business events industry. We know that if we expect our industry to transform, we need to lead that transformation. We must become a regenerative society, with regenerative jobs, regenerative industries, and renewable resources,” said PCMA and CEMA President and CEO Sherrif Karamat, CAE.
He is echoed by the Regional Director of PCMA EMEA, Jaime Bennett:

Next year’s event will be held at Bella Center Copenhagen from 20 to 22 September.
